"The services offered by Mr. Jean-Francois in his apartment. Check-in was quick, as agreed by the host. The apartment was clean, with white sheets and a sufficient number of towels. Mr. Jean-François was always willing to answer our questions. Many thoughtful touches made our stay much more pleasant. Very well equipped and furnished. Excellent value for money. If you're going to Paris, you should definitely consider this option. Metro line 1 is 200 meters away and takes you to the city's main attractions. Thank you, Jean-François, for your hospitality."

"Very accessible to train/bus. View is great and loved having the windows open often. The accommodations, cleanliness, and quality were great. The best part was the kitchen! We are cooks so it was convenient to have alot of variety of utensils/supplies in the kitchen!"

"This is just a comment, not a dislike. The only thing for me is the wood floors are noisy to the neighbors down below you, so maybe if I was the host. I would message each guest to not wear shoes/run washer, etc in the welcome packet, so we don’t bother the neighbor. The neighbor put a sticky note on our door one day after we got back from activities and complained about the noise from the shoes, etc but we didn’t know of this information."

"The owner is very friendly and flexible about check-in/check-out time. Instructions about getting into the apartment were very detailed. The location of the property is in the residential area of Paris with fewer tourists, just a few minutes walk to the metro and bus station. We were there for 7 nights and the apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The apartment is very bright and warm (we were there in March) and the bed is comfortable."

"The bathroom and the floor were not in a clean state when we arrived which required us to clean them ourselves before use. Additionally, the shower head was blocked with limescale."
